Situated in the quiet and picturesque village of Pluckley, the filming location for Yorkshire Television’s ‘Darling Buds of May’ series and reputedly the most haunted village in England, The Old Stables is a detached 3-bedroom self-catering holiday cottage sleeping 5 people. Set back from the village square in a small courtyard, the cottage is ideal for a relaxing break and as a base for visiting the many attractions of this part of Kent such as Leeds Castle, the historic city of Canterbury, the gardens at Sissinghurst and the coast. London is just an hour and a quarter away by direct rail link from Pluckley Station to London Charing Cross.

A single bedroom is also on the ground floor, as is a cloakroom.

Outside the stable door at the back of the cottage is a secluded courtyard garden, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine whilst taking in the lovely views over the Weald of Kent.

At the front of the cottage is parking for 2 cars (any additional cars can be parked in the village square).
Pets can be accomodated by prior arrangement.
